Chief of Development Management Branch
This position is located in the Development Management Branch of the Division for Public Administration and Development Management of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs. DPADM provides secretariat support to the United Nations Programme on Public Administration and Development. The Division is mandated to assist the Member States of the United Nations in fostering efficient, effective, transparent, accountable, clean and citizen-centred public governance, administration and services through innovation and technology to achieve the internationally agreed development goals, including the 2030 Agenda. The incumbent reports to the Director of the Division.

Internet Government Forum (IGF) Consultants
DPADM is seeking an international Consultant (WRITER), in connection with the 10th Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Annual Meeting held in Brazil last November 2015. Under the overall guidance of DPADM/UN-DESA, and immediate supervision of the Programme and Technology Manager of the IGF Secretariat, the Consultant will be responsible for preparing the IGF 2015 report.

National Consultant for OGD initiatives Project
DPADM is seeking a national consultant (Uruguay) for the project on Strengthening of Capacities of Developing Countries to Provide Access to Information for Sustainable Development through Open Government Data (OGD). The project objective is to demonstrate the potential and benefits of using OGD in advancing transparency, accountability and sustainable development in Uruguay.
