- Induce reinvigoration of local economy by increased sales volume through PR of local companies.
- Induce economic value by saving residents' time waste through provision of order-based, intellectual broad area service.
● Elevation of economical efficiency by reduction of budget through preventing overlapped investment in local information system of city/county offices.
● Reduction of maintenance fee by using new address DB updated in realtime.
● Elevated efficiency of administration service
● Preparation of information exchange system for information service of broad life sphere.
● Development into broad area information system of next generation e-government and nation-wide expansion

-SO Strategy : Establishment of information sharing system to be utilized in real life through broad area expansion.
-Strategy : Establishment of cooperation system among civil workers of provincial and city/county offices. Expansion of government-driven New Address Project.
-WO Strategy : Applying PM technique to outsourcing service as process management centered on civil workers.
- WT Strategy : Sharing user/customer oriented information through utilization of GIS-based information including searching service.

Lessons Learned

 What are the impact of your initiative and the lessons learned?
● Create a luxury brand through strong passion of the civil workers in charge and observance of innovation process.
● Innovation system with reduced maintenance cost utilizing new address DB which is updated in realtime.
● Elevate the quality of life through solving the information disparity (alienation of community) of each city/county by expansion (community invigoration) utilizing geometrical information infrastructure.
● Establish a creative system that encompasses better information needed for real life such as traffic, culture and real estate. It shall be distinctive from previous simple administrative information or simple map searching service of private sector.
● Create dynamic New Governance by establishing user-oriented, order-based, participatory, intellectual utility-geometrical information system.
