The Problem

Из-за бедности, в сельских населенных пунктах Республики Молдова почти нет доступа к информации - у населения нет денег чтобы подписаться на газеты и журналы. В такой ситуации местная публичная администрация решила обратиться за помощью к неправительственной организации Terra-1530, которая издает публикацию Правда...на трех языках: румынском, английском и русском.
