 1. What was the problem before the implementation of the initiative?

Schools admission both primary and secondary has derived people, i.e. parents and students to gather in schools area where they do the enrollment in which the crowd becomes inevitable. 2. There are some perceptions from the public that admission of new students can be manipulated such as the registrants can be accepted if they give some money to the officials, or they are close with education service officials. 3. Every New Student Reception is always a commotion in every school because of the many applicants who come to school with their parents. 4. Registrants come from various parts of the city of Surabaya, which sometimes bring a car, so make jam the streets of the city. 5. The registrants are forced to spend money because they have to come to school even around the school looking for in a sub-district located in remote areas that require huge costs

PPDB Online has provided many benefits for society and government. Providing services to people in real time without any limitation of space and time Strategies that have been made: 1. Conventional starting system feels much spending high cost and lack of transparency and accountability so PPDB Online is a best alternative solution 2. Because many people are not familiar with the system, then needs to be disseminated to the lowest level of government so that people can understand the provisions that have been established Main Goal System 1. Creating a reliable system perfectly, effective and efficient

 3. How did the initiative solve the problem and improve people’s lives?
a. Economically more efficient because the parent or the child does not need to school so as not to spend money for transport b. Can enroll anywhere without being limited space, outside the city of Surabaya can even abroad c. More objective in Admission, because the system does not receive the appropriate requirements and may be accompanied by a deposit-buddy d. More environmentally friendly because it does not use paper

 6. How was the strategy implemented and what resources were mobilized?
