The UN Committee of Experts on Public Administration (CEPA) met for its 15th Session in New York from 18 to 22 April 2016. Experts from 21 countries discussed how to transform and equip public institutions to play their critical role in the implementation and review of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Accountable public administration for sustainable development
The Symposium on the “Promotion of an inclusive and accountable public administration for sustainable development” was held from 16 to 17 March 2016 in Cochabamba, Bolivia. It was opened by the President of Bolivia and the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Economic and Social Affairs and closed by the Vice President of Bolivia. 500 participants from 33 countries from the region participated in the discussions on how public institutions could best support the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
