The Side Event will focus on transforming public service delivery through a human-centered design and collaborative governance. It will showcase the innovative practice of the ASAN Service Centers and the ASAN Public Service Assessment Frameworks of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The objective of ASAN is to ensure that public services are delivered in a uniformed and coordinated manner across Azerbaijan. “ASAN service” centers are designed to guarantee citizens’ satisfaction and to enhance the quality of the relationship between public servants and citizens. The Side Event will include presentations and a panel discussion.
