The Ministerial Roundtable on “Public Policies and Innovation in Public Service Delivery for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Latin America" organized by the Division for Public Administration and Development Management (DPADM) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA) in cooperation with the Latin American Center for Administration for Development (CLAD). It examined linkages between public policy for service delivery and innovations to address sustainable development issues. The Panel also highlighted some key recommendations, which were shared among developing countries facing similar challenges in implementing the SDGs. The round table provided a platform to share ideas and strengthen partnerships, particularly through regional cooperation.
This event was held within the context of the XXII CLAD Congress on the Reform of the State and Public Administration” in Madrid, Spain, from 14 to 17 November 2017.
