The United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs, in collaboration with the D-8 Organization for Economic Cooperation which includes Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Türkiye, is organizing a capacity building workshop on adopting new approaches to e-government for SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) implementation. The Workshop  is designed to build the capacity of relevant officials, who are responsible for shaping the digital transformation policy, for answering to the ever-growing challenges they face in implementing their respective digital transformation agendas. The Workshop will also serve as a continuation of the online Workshop conducted in March 2022, particularly to address the challenges presented during that Workshop.
