The event will be jointly hosted by the Pan Africa Parliament and the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa with the support of UN/DESA through the Africa i-Parliament Action Plan and will take place at the PAP Chamber in Midrand, South Africa on the *19th - 20th October 2010*. The APKN event will precede the World e-Parliament Conference to be held at the same venue on the 21st and 22nd October 2010.
