Compendium of Innovative E-Government Practices

The Compendium of Innovative e-Government Practices is an ongoing compilation of case studies on innovative e-government solutions, services and applications. The compendium does not promote one solution over another, but rather highlights e-government practices that place the citizen in the forefront. Case studies are organized by region: Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America and the Caribbean. The case studies cover a wide range of innovative practices, including e-democracy, gender equality, e-education, e-commerce, information access, and citizen service delivery.

Volume V The Compendium covers a wide range of innovative practices, such as citizens service delivery, e-participation, information access, e-health, information sharing/access, crisis management, e-accounting, e-commerce, e-customs, e-petitioning, e-voting, e-education, e-justice, e-procurement, e-taxation, e-inclusion, e-environment, gender equality, government portal, government intranet, sustainable development, open government data, etc.



Volume IV covers a wide range of innovative practices, such as applications that increase the efficiency of the public sector in finance, health, education, environment and a number of applications that foster citizens' participation.

 

 




Volume III's case studies cover a wide range of innovative practices, including e-democracy, gender equality, e-education, e-commerce, information access, and citizen service delivery.

 

 




Volumes I & II compile innovative e-government solutions, and services & applications. The Compendium does not promote one solution over another, but rather highlights e-government practices that place the citizen in the forefront. In this edition are 200 case studies from 57 countries, which have been organized by all the world regions: Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America and the Caribbean.
