This project is coming under the digital transformation initiative that focuses on the general directorate of livestock services providing a platform to help the beneficiaries wishing to apply for services whether it involves importation or the veterinary requests get their act on in less time and good quality. This project aims are to enrich the sustainability of vital resources, indulge in raising the efficiency of the agricultural sector, and direct subsidies to beneficiaries. The main scope of the Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) is aimed at receiving services for importation of livestock resources and general veterinary services from citizens and foreigners of (individuals and organizations) import requests are with linkage to the Customs Authority.

This initiative is relevant with the digital transformation initiative, because our priority from this system is aimed to reach and ensure digital transformation as an enablement tool to create a platform of intelligent sustainable development as an important factor to shape Saudi Arabia’s growth. Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) aims to transform the agriculture of the Kingdom into a forward-looking nation of growth, people, governance, environment, and overall living that always accounts for the beneficiaries groups.

Goal 3: Good Health, Goal 8: decent work and economic growth, Goal 15: life on land, Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. The innovation is in the creation of the ministry of environment water & agriculture entity to help the beneficiaries get back on their feet and start their business correctly to contribute in shaping our countries future, the whole of government efforts to propagate SDGs into society using digital transformation. This is being done with the notion of the beneficiary being collaborative in applying for their needed services in the Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) it will encourage the investors to invest in the agriculture domain by keeping the sources and materials well maintained all the time from the companies and investors.

Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) is an adaptive platform where each country could transfer this platform to their rules and regulations, however it will not be transferred.

This initiative was created by a project group of 20 people inside the ministry of environment water & agriculture.

The institutional target for this system as it’s will touch all social components by increase the quality of life. The beneficiaries can apply for services whether it is for importation of livestock or veterinary request electrically without having to visit the ministry or any of its branches which helps the ministry in the financial department

The internal evaluation was done by the communication and technology commission in Saudi Arabia. Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) performance is primarily measured through the level of digital transformation maturity, as it is a main goal and objective to guide the process of digital transformation on a national level

The internal evaluation outcome is to increase and deepen the scope of the initiative, and directly measure the contribution in addressing SDGs and related indices.

Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) provides the beneficiaries to avoid visiting other governmental entities being that it is connected to the major public and government in Saudi Arabia. The ministry will be able to monitor, measure and improve its services all the time by redesigning and the business processes to increase the quality, reduce the time and control the cost for the investors and the ministry. The business objectives were specific and attainable as we completed the project in a timely limited manner our services concept was highly appropriate to the business objective.
