It can be a strong drive as they try to rely on their own resources like personnel and culture. Moreover, the drive on solving children problems is one of the missions of local organization based on Big Data which usually reflect the way to solve problems in order to help community children. One important tool is public talk. Collaborative network, communication devices for frequent follow-up, participation from others in the community have shown a big impact on how the community want to develop their living condition and to help their own children. The last lesson is sustainable community which initiated from human resources. Once human resources have been improved, social and cultural capitals will be increased accordingly.
