Please provide a brief summary of the initiative including the problems/challenges it addressed and the solutions that the initiative introduced (300 words maximum)
مقدمة إن ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات والتقدم التقني في وسائل التعليم، أدى إلى ظهور أنظمة ومصادر تعلم غير تقليدية، ولم يعد استخدامها وتوظيفها في العملية التعليمية ترفاً بل أصبح ضرورةً ومطلباً حيوياً لما تقدمه هذه المصادر من نقلة نوعية في إعادة صياغة وتطور العملية التعليمية، حيث أنها طريقة سهلة وسريعة للوصول إلى أكبر قدر متنوع من المعلومات والبيانات في كافة المجالات والعلوم. وان ما تحمله جامعة المجمعة من رسالة تجاه مجتمعها أفرادا ومؤسسات يوسع دائرة المسؤولية فى كافة مؤسساتها من كليات وعمادات بالمشاركة المجتمعية، ومن هنا كانت بداية هذا المشروع الذي يمثل نقله نوعية كبيرة فى تقديم خدمات متنوعة للمجتمع المحلي فى أماكن تواجدهم. من خلال تأهيل أكبر قدم من أبناء وموظفي الوطن على مهارات الاستخدام المتقدم للحاسب وشبكات الاتصال والأجهزة الذكية وذلك لاستخدامها اليومي في التعليم والتعلم، حيث لم يعد استخدام التكنولوجيا فى التعليم ترفاً بلأ أصبح ضرورة ومطلباً حيوياً يسهل بشكل فعال ومؤثر فى العملية التعليمية ورفع وثقل مهارات الأفراد. فكرة المشروع المشروع عبارة عن حافلة كبيرة مغلقة معاد تصميم مقصورتها الداخلية بما يتوافق مع الخدمة التي ستقدمها، ومجهزة بتقنيات التعليم الإلكتروني المختلفة كالحاسب الآلي والسبورة الذكية والبرامج التعليمية والتدريبية، ويتوفر لهذه الحافلة كوادر تعليمية وتدريبه تشغيلية مؤهلة، بحيث تجوب هذه الحافلات المتنقلة المدارس والمراكز التعليمية في القرى والهجر وفق خطة تشغيلية محكمة لخدمة أفراد الشريحة المستهدفة.

الأهداف العامة للمشروع 1- تقديم خدمة تعليمية من خلال نشر ثقافة التعليم الإلكتروني وأفضل ممارسات التعلم عن بعد. 2- زيادة فاعلية الاتصال بين المدرسة والمجتمع. 3- رفع المستوى الثقافي والعلمي لأفراد الفئة المستهدفة. 4- توفير بيئة تعليمية مناسبة لتنمية مهارات تفكير الطلاب من خلال التقصي والاستكشاف. 5- تلبية احتياجات الطلاب، وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من مصادر التعلم المناسبة لخصائص كل منهم. 6- تشجيع المتعلمين على المشاركة الإيجابية في عمليتي التعليم والتعلم. 7- داعم المعلم من خلال ربط خبرات المواقف التعليمية المختلفة بمصادر التعليم والتعلم المتاحة في حافلة التدريب والتعليم الإلكتروني المجتمعي. 8- تهيئة الطلاب للتفاعل الإيجابي مع متغيرات التكنولوجيا وتطبيقاتها التعليمية المتلاحقة. 9- إتاحة فرص للتعلم والتوعية ليس فقط للمتعلمين بالمؤسسات التعليمية بل أيضاً للعامة من أفراد المجتمعات المحيطة بتلك المؤسسات لاكتساب مهارات استخدام الأجهزة الذكية في التعليم الإلكتروني. 10- توفير البيئة التدريبية المناسبة وبيئة جاذبة لأفراد الفئة المستهدفة لزيادة الإقبال على برامج التعلم عن بعد في مدارس المملكة. الأهداف الخاصة بالطلاب - توفير بيئة مناسبة للتعلم النشط وتحقيق المتعة في التعلم لدى الطلاب خصوصاً المراحل التعليمية الأولى. - تعريف الطلاب بمصادر التعلم وأوعية المعلومات المختلفة وكيفية التعامل معها والاستفادة منها. - تدريب الطلاب على أساليب التعلم الذاتي والتعلم التعاوني. - تنمية جوانب شخصية المتعلم معرفياً ومهارياً ووجدانياً. - دعم التعلم الواقعي للطلاب من خلال ربط خبرات التعليم والتعلم ببيئتهم وواقع
