قصد المشاركة في جوائز الامم المتحدة للخدمة العامة قامت بلدية باتنة بانجاز روبورتاج مصور يسلط الضوء على تعزيز الخدمات العامة المراعية لمنظور الجنسين لتحقيق اهداف التنمية المستدامة بما في ذلك تشجيع مشاركة المراة في صنع القرار وتقديم الخدمات العامة للمراءة بالاضافة الى تعزيز التكافؤ بين الجنسين في الخدمة العمومية كما يهدف هذا الروبورتاج الى تعزيز مكانة المراءة العاملة في مؤسسات الدولة الجزائرية ، بالمقابل وتدعيما لهذه المشاركة القيمة التي نظمتها الامم المتحدة تم تدعيم الروبورتاج ببعض المواضيع التي نشرت عن بلدية باتنة سواء كان ذلك في الصحافة المكتوبة او القنوات التلفزيونية الخاصة والعمومية

من خلال الروبورتاج المصور الذي قامت به بلدية باتنة في هذا الاطار كان حديث مطول للسيدة عتيقة بوعكاز مديرة الشؤون الاجتماعية والثقافية والرياضية لبلدية باتنة اين طرقت ومن خلال مداخلتها وباسهاب حول كيفية الاهتمام بالظروف الاجتماعية لبعض المواطنين لاسيما اولئك الذين يعاونون من ظروف قاهرة بحيث يتم احتواء وضعيتهم وحسب الامكانيات المتاحة وفي اطار قانوني
