Please describe the objective of the initiative introduced (200 words maximum)
Sakaeo Shelter for Children and Family is located in eastern part of Thailand which is closed to the border of Cambodia. Social problem human trafficking is a global problem and one of the world's most shameful crimes, and robbing them of their dignity. Sex trafficking, sex tourism, trafficking for labor and servitude, and commercial sexual exploitation are all part of a growing global phenomenon of modern slavery. The exploitation of human beings for profit takes many forms, including sexual exploitation, forced labor, child trafficking and domestic servitude. The victims Social problem of always face the problem because they are assisted in the wrong way or they may not know how to request some help from the government. The number of the victims of human trafficking is not available because they migrate illegally. The project named Live cctv for social watch and prevention project. of Sakaeo Shelter for Children and Family has been launched for assisting victims of human trafficking including children and women. This project has been activated in Sakaeo for a long time by supporting form all related sector in Sakaeo from private sector, friend foundation and World Vision Foundation of Thailand.

Sakaeo Shelter works with stakeholders such as government organizations provincial employment office non-government organization including private sector and Children’s Council. We integrate work in order to discuss about the problems and set the solution for the discussed problems. We work with many organization in Thailand also work with Cambodian organization. We use ‘Intelligence Exchange’ in reviewing law about all social problem and human trafficking in order to solve the problem regularly. For ‘Campaign’,we try to assist the ones who will be a victim of human trafficking escape or avoid being a victim of social problem and human trafficking.

We use ways for protection for Community Involvement in Child abuse and Woman Protection We try to a raise awareness of and to call for public cooperation in the fight social problem against human trafficking with the core objectives of human rights, gender equality, and safe migration. Also, acknowledge people about one stop service crisis center which is 24 hours service for assisting victims of trafficking. and social line application network The receive complaints, transfer cases and coordinate responses between Government agencies.

Integrated management is the key area we focus. Integrated management is a socially defined concept that is interpreted and understood in a variety of ways. Integrated management system is to integrate all of an organization’s systems and processes in to one complete framework, enabling an organization to work as a single unit with unified objectives.We also concern about benefits of public people. Our strategy are setting think tank team, and check or evaluate our action. Importantly, we use reliable and updated data to be a base of our action plan. Also, in our organization needs to be an accountable workplace. We believe that accountability has a clear link to higher work performance. It’s also known to improve creativity and innovation.We try to give benefits to our employees who work efficiently Children’s Council and all network for prevention and monitoring with people like are live or human cctv. Social Innovation network of Live cctv for social watch and prevention project integrate by Sakaeo Shelter for Children and Family under Department of Children and Youth are our consultants and main persons to support our work about social problem and human trafficking. also cooperates with all related sectors both government and non-government such as Office of social development in provincial level, for the Destitute, local police, provincial employment office, Ministry of Education, Royal Thai Police, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Tourism and Sports, Department of Consular Affairs, Thai embassies and diplomatic missions abroad and Children’s Council Network.

Live cctv for social watch and prevention project is a original social innovation adaptive from routine to research of the routine work in border area of Thailand and Cambodia The victims will be sent to other provinces to be labour. In addition to Thai victims of trafficking, some of these migrant workers are also believed to be forced, coerced, Some victims are forced into street begging. they are the victims in sex trafficking working in both Thailand and other countries. Displaced persons, minorities and other marginalized groups are vulnerable to human trafficking. basement brothels, remote massage parlors and street prostitution.
