When the referral is initiated, the information of a referred patient is sent to the hospital of destination. Then the destination hospital can prepare for the arrival of the patient. With the GPS that links with the program, the destination hospital can estimate the arrival time of the patient and can prepare for the arrival properly. For security process, password and security log system are used.
