Question 1

Please describe the objective of the initiative introduced (200 words maximum)
Obesity rates of children has continually increased, found in Asia Pacific region. The annual expense to manipulate this issue costs $166 billion. Thailand obesity rates of children was ranked obviously as the highest measures of this subject, lack of the appropriate solutions and prevention might come by the trends of unlimited number of them. 1 in 4 Thai childhood is obese and 41% of them spend times on computer usage more than 6 hrs/day which found nothing relate to the physical activities, 26%. Throughout an effort to solve the problem, there are several limitations, for ex; uninteresting activities program for obesity, non-group exercise showed less motivation, no place to activities, reduction of the physical education class hours remained 1 hrs/week and turn into the sport competition rather than health condition, lack of teacher and internal personnel including public health service center, and lack of knowledge or comprehension and skills. That’s, the development of Childhood Obesity Physical Activities & Child Physical Activities: ChOPA & ChiPA Game Innovation has been invented. It is strongly helpful for obesity children to be joined and efficiently approach the physical activities and the improvement of obesity solution for Thailand Childhood Obesity.

This achievement is dramatically accordance with “ Inclusive and Equal service without self-centre spirit” that will be described through four strategies; 1) provide the important of the participation by innovation design to response the user’s needs 2) enhance the capability of personnel through health care education and service motivation which covers all sections with ChOPA & ChiPA Coach. 3) help the administrative management, and evaluate into the identical standard (4) expand the potential widely to all groups of people and genders for sustainable and equally way.

This achievement in its way is accordance with the target of sustainable development SDGs No.3 for health and well-being enhancement over all genders of population. 3.4 particularly providing the opportunity to obesity children ranked the risk and weak group, all type groups of people, genders, different nationalities, religion, and language. It’s not important whether those who are living in a remote area or being poverty, the project give them a hand to reduce the inequitable approach to access medical service in chronic disease treatment lead to lower cost paid for the disease cause obesity.

This achievement is considered to be the key of success in completing Thailand’s mission which the result found the decreased number from 17.8 to 12.7 among 28 schools (N=6,179) and found the balanced body mass children has increased from 71.3 to 80.5 (N=6,179) within 1-2 years. The advantages of this study mean the obesity children, a risk of chronic disease, help lightening the social from worrying about them and turning into a value social population, be a leader of exercise and self-care educating, family, friends provider as well as possessing themselves the learning and living quality. On the one hand, the study found Learning Disabilities, is a kind of weak group that totally enters the pro-player of many sport clubs because of their high body in outstanding appearance. This achievement could help the enormous cost at governmental health through Ownership, every regional lines, and easier to access the shorter time of taking service in order to solve targeted obesity groups by shorten from 3-6 months to remain only 1 weeks, reduce the lack of a sport scientist in health promotion& lack of sport teachers reduction in school and trend to increase the professional sport player in the future.

The innovation has a purpose of the user’s responsiveness as integration with the context refer to the appropriate provider in different mindset, decreasing of obesity and increasing the balanced body mass of children which directly solve the nutrition issue about the personnel; increased leader of physical activities. For behavior section, the allowance for activities between obesity and general children are made to be real. In the positive communication, it develops more progress by boosting up their height after obesity treatment is completed. Show a short time to good impact, right belief of religions, saving, and easy to use at anywhere.

The innovation is the original mindset as the solution form of integral obesity disease designs for powering the operation of the intellectual property registration in 2018 comprise of 5 sub-segments such as the product innovation of physical activities showed in four attributes; FUN for FIT of Kangaroo dream challenge, flexible kangaroo with table phase 1 and 2, crunchy abdomen chair; these are the tools of physical enhancement, being enjoy, obesity loss, height boost up. More, there is one the processing innovation to the service that is 10 Stairs to FUN for FIT to manage and expand the result.

This achievement could also help the school or agents to manage appropriately with obesity disease and convey it in the other ways are as following; 1.to help school, hospital, organizations, communities are situated in both city and the remote areas more than 5,000. 2.Private or government on site, domestic or abroad. 3.to publicly broadcast at academic international conference 4.to be an exchange lecturer in international stage 5.to sign MOU between Department of Health and Office of the Basic Education 6. to win the 3 awards of the empirical achievement are Public Sector Excellent Award, Innovative Award and Like Talk Award.

In 2016, the intellectual scholar compiled by the science sport personnel used to produce and give a trial of innovation, perform with the annual government statement of expenditure project, co-ordinate the relevant agents of all ministries to be like supportive mechanism based on knowledge and existing resource, and motivate the school project in preference. In 2017, the strong community is happened until it has been brought into the district living development scheme which is funded by local section.

This achievement is able to sustain the state of living under the concept “The quality comes first and quantity is the rest” by the method of quality enhancement until the original agents to manage the obesity is built which result in good ways in the social section that maintain the stable health, discipline, responsibility, patient, volunteer, sharing and kindness. Important, they could serve the service relate to the academic lesson. In economy, to be a cost saving person who spend less budget or nothing so that showing a good responsiveness over the international and national policies in solving the obesity in children, medical fee, resource and energy consumption reduced of the internal building such as playing fame and turn on air-conditioning etc. Moreover, enhance the chance of sport career, boost up more job opportunity both Software and Healthy digital mass production, generate the hospital business, foods, transportation and commodities in domestic and abroad through the establishment of academic stage. Lastly, environmental section don’t require any equipment that harms the nature, energy saving, pollutant reduction, non adjustment with environment. In contrast, it is better to perform activities under the tree, in the class, and in front of the flag pillar etc.

Yes, we have internal agent by quality and quantitative analysis; observation, interview, survey, the result of the project motivation, and the external innovation of Office of The Public Sector Development Commission. More, there is CIPPO such as Context Input Process Product Outcome with these following methods 1. To use the tools for private individuals and data collection of the local office 2.data analysis on the general status, quality and quantitative analysis 3.sections related to data lead to Content analysis including Cause and Effect analysis.
b. Please describe the indicators that were used (100 words maximum)
The quantity: our mission has covered all provinces, at least 77 of them. There are three more model organizations where students are taken of the physical activities with good quality which its mission is to loss the weight 10 percent, so enhance the height and well balance equal 68 percent. 80 percent of coach has a pleasant in the medium level onwards. The quality: the personnel in school and public health office have passed training based on the department of health. For duration, it helps the reduction of loss weight method within 2 weeks.
c. Please describe the outcome of the evaluation (100 words maximum)
This method makes the model organization has increased up to 31 locations that cover more than 5000 schools so that enhance the good health. For the body: within 2 weeks, it showed the result of weight loss, better body performance, 100%. 2 years monitor found the children has increased his height 14.3 cm. which is different 4cm./year. The well balance children have increased 60.39 to 70.34. For spirit, the mind will trust in a good health. For smart, it is easy to learn new thing. For the mental state, fun, enhances the strength and it is sociable.

Participant follow each section, children: learn self-care as well as setting the goals to change and express the intention over activities performance and take notes. Parent: allow the cousin of the present student to participant the project of school, cheering up them and support school activities. School: promote the physical activities to children in many ways starting from the problem analysis, health assessment, the state of nutrition, body performance, planning, practical, monitor, benefit gain, and feedback the information to children and their guardian. Health services: is in charge of develop the potential of team networking and related staff in motivating to be a coach team that has expertise of health based on children and school as the key factor. Those methods are made because of these reason; to awake the power and strength, the capability of self-management, development, expansion to other community, support the academic information, monitoring the progress and conclude the report about Local administration and Health Promotion agency, non-governmental section: is in charge of identify the direction, place the target in each dimension legally and provide the promotion of the community budget. Ministry agent and others will be identify policy, terms, and the way to do.

1) brain storming, problem analysis, needs, appreciation of the user, creative thinking, relation consideration, scheme configuration, development, they are the way to make output which is the different innovation keeping away from previous thought, and focusing on how to solve the problem 2) provide the service appropriately, point the source to enhance the capability, model creation, activate the stakeholder to be an owner until the policy are made, expand both the weak and other groups 3) expand the harmony to international countries, government to citizen by club establishment 4) to be empirical way of the school curriculum.
