حافلة أصدقاء بنك الدم المتنقلة تشير الإحصائيات أنه في كل ثانيتين توجد حالة تحتاج الى نقل دم على مستوى العالم، الأمر الذي يستدعي توفير كميات كبيرة من مخزون الدم القابل للنقل، وهو ما يدعو إلى رفع نسبة المتبرعين بالدم. وتحقيقاً لمدلول قوله تعالى (وَمَنْ أَحْيَاهَا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَحْيَا النَّاسَ جَمِيعًا) وتماشياً مع توجهات رؤية المملكة 2030 في بناء المواطنَةِ المسؤولة، وانطلاقاً من متطلبات الدور المجتمعي لجامعة المجمعة، قامت الجامعة ممثلةً بمرصد المسؤولية الاجتماعية بوكالة الجامعة وبالتعاون مع بنك الدم بمستشفى الملك خالد بالمجمعة بإطلاق مبادرة حافلة أصدقاء بنك الدم. وهو جهد اجتماعي تطوعي يسهل عملية الوصول للمتبرع في أي وقت ومكان داخل النطاق الجغرافي للجامعة، من خلال وحدة متنقلة مجهزة بأحدث الوسائل الطبية وبفرق عمل على مستوى عال من المهنية. ويهدف هذا النادي إلى تحقيق أهداف أهمها: - تنفيذ 36حملة للتبرع بالدم من أجل الوصول إلى 3000 وحدة دم كهدف رئيسي في العام الجامعي الواحد. - دعم مستشفيات الجنوب و ( المناطق المقدسة لسد الاحتياج في موسم الحج ) - إقامة أنشطة التوعية والتثقيف. - إنشاء قاعدة بيانات للمتبرعين بالدم تشمل: - البيانات الشخصية وسجل التبرع. - ربط نتائج فحص الدم للمتبرع في قسم الفيروسات. - فصائل الدم النادرة وطرق التواصل مع أصحابها. وتم تصميم تطبيق على الجوال يُمكن المتبرع من حجز موعد للحافلة و تحديد موقعه على الخريطة حتى يسهل على الحافلة الوصول للمتبرع. ويمكنكم تحميل التطبيق الخاص بنا على أجهزة: ( IOS. The initiative must impact positively a group or groups of the population (i.e. children, women, elderly, people with disability, etc) and address a significant issue of public service delivery within the context of a given country or region.
a. Please explain how the initiative has addressed a significant issue related to the delivery of public services (200 words maximum)
It aims at connecting healthy poeple with blood banks at hospital through reaching them at their places and donate and then put this blood at blood banks so that patients can make use of the donated blood. The people who whants to donates can book an appoinment through mobile application and then the mobile blood bank unit bus comes to his/her.

It encouraged people to donate and helped hospital to put enough quanitity of blood at hospital.

The new idea represented by modifying a bus to be a mobile blood bank unit. And the new approach is by creating a mobile application so that it easier to the people to donate at any time and places.

THIS BUS LET US KNOW THAT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO WANTS TO DONATE BUT THEY CANNOT REACH HOSPITALS FOR SEVERAL REASON (WORK , PLACE ETC).
