The initiative addressed the most vulnerable and poorest areas in jordan, and worked with local community to prepare a training needs analysis in that areas and the most suitable programs for these areas, after that implenting the training courses and find the suitable jobs for the graduates in addition to the supporting of self employment projects.

the initiative helps the graduates to find the suitable jobs for them in addition to that it helps some of the graduates to have their own projects according to their desired and ability

the initiative addressed the most vulnerable and poorest women in the most poorest parts of jordan, and then determined the most jobs and training programs needed in that parts and design the suitable programs for them.

most of the graduates from the initiative which is about (1520 almost 96% female) trainees find a job or start a new work by himself

It is the first time that the women in that areas accept some types of work which was not allowed for them to do it according to the culture

around 360000JD and more than 77 employees from the vocational training corporation working in the project, and using the workshops of VTC. in addition to that more than 33 were volunteers

The Initiative showed us that the culture is not the main reason for not applying for some jobs , it was the short of knowledge and the absence of the skills
