Please briefly describe the initiative, what issue or challenge it aims to address and specify its objectives. (300 words maximum)
This project is coming under the digital transformation initiative that focuses on the general directorate of livestock services providing a platform to help the beneficiaries wishing to apply for services whether it involves importation or the veterinary requests get their act on in less time and good quality. This project aims are to enrich the sustainability of vital resources, indulge in raising the efficiency of the agricultural sector, and direct subsidies to beneficiaries. The main scope of the Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) is aimed at receiving services for importation of livestock resources and general veterinary services from citizens and foreigners of (individuals and organizations) import requests are with linkage to the Customs Authority.

This initiative is relevant with the digital transformation initiative, because our priority from this system is aimed to reach and ensure digital transformation as an enablement tool to create a platform of intelligent sustainable development as an important factor to shape Saudi Arabia’s growth. Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) aims to transform the agriculture of the Kingdom into a forward-looking nation of growth, people, governance, environment, and overall living that always accounts for the beneficiaries groups.

Goal 3: Good Health, Goal 8: decent work and economic growth, Goal 15: life on land, Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) meaning all people at all times have access to sufficient, safe, nutritious food to maintain a healthy and active life. Also in goal 3 to achieve universal health coverage, goal 8 developing the Kingdom economic growth Goal 15 ensure healthy lives and promote well-being for all ages is important to building prosperous societies. Promote fair and equitable sharing of the benefits arising from the utilization of genetic resources and promote appropriate access to such resources, as internationally agreed. The income as well as those based on age, sex, disability, race, ethnicity, origin, religion or economic or other status within a country. The statistics reports shows the number of applicants seeking their services and all those beneficiaries that got them.

The economic impact that Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) is doing on a variant of importation aspects, statistics shows that they were over 8460 request for livestock, and over 3600 request of importation of pets in 2019. Regarding Veterinary services. The social target for this system as it’s will touch all social components by increase the quality of life, help the social communities to raise their livestock easily with the services Livestock Services System (Inaam plus) is providing, also its in 13 different region across the kingdom. The environmental impact that is contributing in is the growth of cultivation and nutritional food, richer and better quality pasture, and making sure that all beneficiaries has valid health cards.

The Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) gives great attention regards digital transformation as a tool to bring about sustainable development in the Kingdom. Tackling the issues that face the individuals and organizations therefore a cornerstone of this initiative mission. Digital technologies can ensure equal access to opportunities to all, eventually allowing for providing the financial help and improving lives. It ensures the right policies are promoted, ushering in better, more inclusive, digitally enabled services that are accessible, efficient, savings-generating, open, and sustainable also catering to all different sectors of society. In doing so, access is ensured and fatalities from end-user. Unified business process for all beneficiaries within the same platform that enables the governance.

Gender inequality acknowledges that men and women are not equal and that gender affects an individual's living experience. These differences arise from distinctions in biology, psychology, and cultural norms. Some of these distinctions are empirically grounded while others appear to be socially constructed. In Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) we do not have gender inequality.

Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) is implying and improving their services in order to enrich sustainability of vital resources and raise the efficiency of the agricultural sector in the kingdom, also contributing in the rural families as this platform will help farmers deliver their needs with minimal visits to the ministry not only that but one of the main services this initiative provides is the health card activation this was a noticeable issue in the past where the existence of a unified platform for such kind of services was not available and the beneficiaries would have to go to different length in order to get what they want whereas to now in a click of a button. Tackling the issues that face the disadvantage beneficiaries when they wish to import livestock or Venetian services. Digital technologies can ensure equal access to opportunities to all. Ensures the right policies are promoted in more inclusive, digitally enabled services that are accessible, efficient, sustainable and catering to all different sectors of society. Vulnerable groups especially the in rural areas. In doing so not only to adapt to the digital age, but also to partake in In light of the latter.

We used solution development life cycle (Analyze, Develop, Test, Deploy, Training) through the e-services development, the ministry used .net as development tool.

The main challenges that Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) has faced are: - Awareness of using the application in the remote villages. - Internet access coverage in not covered in all cities areas - Challenge to check with all importations roles and guidance

The innovation is in the creation of the ministry of environment water & agriculture entity to help the beneficiaries get back on their feet and start their business correctly to contribute in shaping our countries future, the whole of government efforts to propagate SDGs into society using digital transformation. This is being done with the notion of the beneficiary being collaborative in applying for their needed services in the Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) it will encourage the investors to invest in the agriculture domain by keeping the sources and materials well maintained all the time from the companies and investors.

Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) is an adaptive platform where each country could transfer this platform to their rules and regulations, however it will not be transferred.

This initiative was created by a project group of 20 people inside the ministry of environment water & agriculture.

The institutional target for this system as it’s will touch all social components by increase the quality of life. The beneficiaries can apply for services whether it is for importation of livestock or veterinary request electrically without having to visit the ministry or any of its branches which helps the ministry in the financial department

Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) performance is primarily measured through the level of digital transformation maturity, as it is a main goal and objective to guide the process of digital transformation on a national level

The internal evaluation outcome is to increase and deepen the scope of the initiative, and directly measure the contribution in addressing SDGs and related indices.

Livestock Services System (Inaam Plus) provides the beneficiaries to avoid visiting other governmental entities being that it is connected to the major public and government in Saudi Arabia. The ministry will be able to monitor, measure and improve its services all the time by redesigning and the business processes to increase the quality, reduce the time and control the cost for the investors and the ministry. Horizontally working with the main governments in Saudi Arabia.

The business objectives were specific and attainable as we completed the project in a timely limited manner our services concept was highly appropriate to the business objective. More over structured, targeted and thorough assessment exercises of SDG targets through activities. Increased innovative initiatives that more comprehensively address and serve the SDGs. Lead the propagation of SDGs throughout the Kingdom (and ensure all entities align with SDG outcomes through as many initiatives as possible) Put further emphasis on more inclusive decision-making by increasing participation of vulnerable groups in co-creating innovative services that directly addresses the SDGs.
