Question 1

Please provide a brief summary of the initiative including the problems/challenges it addressed and the solutions that the initiative introduced (300 words maximum)
Electronic-analytic interactive system worknet.gov.ge is the auto-managed tool, that represents interactive web-portal and provides the opportunity to analyse labor market information in country. System provides the research module that connects the job seekers and the employers online. Registration in the system is voluntary and free of charge. The registration is permanent and and the register is able to cancel the account at any time.
a. What are the overall objectives of the initiative?
Please describe the overall objectives of the initiative (200 words maximum)
The overall objective of the initiative is to develop the Worknet System. Worknet is the employment support tool and we want it to be represented with more employers and more qualified job seekers in order to decrease request-delivery the dissemblance
b. How does the initiative fit within the selected category?
Please describe how the initiative is linked to the criteria of the category (200 words maximum)
The initiative fits the selected category since it promotes the employment of poorest and the most vulnerable. Worknet gives the opportunity to the job seekers to be more active on the labor market.

Workne makes the labor market more available. Provides information about the activities that the department implements. Provides the employment support services and increases the qualification of job seekers.

The initiative addresses the issues through spread the information to the registered applicants.

The initiative has increased the awareness of the employment services. Supported the employment of vulnerable groups.

Before this system, here was no public employment service in the country that gathered the employers and the job seekers in same space

The system was the original idea that has not been functioning in country before

The initiative is implemented through the human resources in the department and the structural unites with support of state budget.

The Worknet system was developed in 2013 and since than the participation of job seekers and employers has increased. Awareness of department's work has increased.

The initiative lunched in 2013 and is still developing.

Yes

The initiative was evaluated by the EU experts. The initiative was evaluated by their module tools, through observation on the process and interviews with the staff members.

The outcome of the evaluation was that the pilot of the initiative was successful and in should function long term throughout the country.

The increase of the number of the employers and the job seekers
