Challenges were experienced on computers connecting to the central database using a low Wired Area Network(WAN). This means user computers connecting on the system in the Local Area Network and in the fast performing Wired Area Network are working fine but those on the low Wired Area Network were not enjoying working with the system because of the performance. In setting that has a low performing WAN the solution is to decentralize database servers and use replication to consolidate the data to the central server.
