Sport Information System, provides digitalization of all sports related workflows and data. In this context, individuals are able to view self-information, can obtain verifiable documents and can fill out applications throughout E-Government gateway. - It provides sports related data to be used nationwide from single source. - It prevents public employees from making mistakes due to the fact that the implemented algorithms follow written regulations. - Citizens are provided access to the services instantly. - It prevents forgery of documents. - It provides instant tracking and reporting of all data to the senior executives. - Verification of the participants to the sports competition operation is digitalized with modern practices.
a. What are the overall objectives of the initiative?

- It holds the name of being one and only application nationwide providing service to the public through e-government gateway. - It is entirely developed with the help of public employees. - It is used by provincial directorates & sports federations and addresses to all sports community. - For the present, approximately 2 million operations are done, expectations for the years to come will be multiplied by hundred. - Software life-cycle processes are documented with the help of professional work analysis practices. - Developing flexible, transparent and controllable application with SCRUM methodology. - Secure and software development practices are established. - Team Foundation Server is used to establish coordination and cooperation among software developer team. - User friendly UI design.

Sports information System is a system that manages and reports all sports activities of an country. Sports are universal. We are also targeting the use of sports information systems in other countries.

Facilitates sports activities that help young people get away from drugs and addiction

It is the central sports information system that aims to be the first in the world by performing all the operations and processes of 60 sports federations and 550 sports branches.

The project is developed solely in accordance with the relevant regulations and laws of the institution, 2 analysts, 10 software developers, 2 database experts.

Yes
It is used in all provinces and districts in Turkey. Our goal is to ensure that other countries are used as well.

Sport is dynamic. It is also a lifestyle. Therefore, the sports information system will be used constantly.

the system is developed in accordance with the developing technology, without third party software dependencies, generic structure.

the project facilitated the processing of citizens, sports clubs, sports federations. allowing citizens to spend more time sprawling through paperwork.

Increasing number of sportsmen. Increased participation in sports training. Frequency of receipt of verifiable documents and reports. Incorrect transaction count. increase in daily transactions.

Lessons learned: Verified data is needed to make the right decision. Decision support system reports should be given to top managers. Systems must be modular and generic. improve the initiative: The sports information system collects big data. With this big data collected, Big data analysis reports will be generated for the development of sports and sportsmen. All sportmens' sports skills must be scanned and identified with special equipment. So that the right people will be directed at the right sport at the early age and the success rate of the sportmens should be increased.
