The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) was launched in 2015 as the largest humanitarian, developmental and community-based foundation in the Arab world, with 33 institutions and initiatives under its umbrella. The various entities all work under a unified vision which aims to establish a culture of humanitarian work and charity, as well as to spread hope through projects that enhance people’s lives, contribute to societal progress, and establish a more stable and advanced future. The various institutions and initiatives working within MBRGI offer a wide range of services in the fields of combating poverty and disease, spreading education and knowledge, empowering communities, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship and shaping the future

This initiative looks to support the policy of leave no one behind by ensuring that all people living in the UAE have the proper safety nets to ensure a decent quality of life. It combines charity with entrepreneurship to maintain economic growth, while reaching out the vulnerable segments of the population to make sure that their needs are met. This is done through the use of the latest technologies and the good will of the Arab people. The initiative looks to strengthen the education and health sector to support the people of the UAE with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. Below are some of the priorities of the initiative. Although by most standards, the UAE is rich country there are pockets of less fortunate people in the country. UAE is magnet for attracting many peoples from least developed countries looking for a better life. This initiative has establish a number of programs that will help them while they are working in the UAE. This initiative looks to combat poverty and disease, spreading education and knowledge, empowering communities, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship and shaping the future. It provides humanitarian Aid & Relief to neighboring countries in financial, crisis, war-torn countries and countries emerging from conflict. It looks to develop a first class healthcare system and halt the spread of diseases. It has put in place and excellent disease control program to reduce or eliminate pandemics that might occur around the world. On the education front, building a highly educated society is a major key to development. The UAE has always believe in spreading education and knowledge within the seven Emirates and beyond. The initiative also looks at nurturing innovation, entrepreneurship, and empowering Communities.

This is a huge investment-oriented humanitarian, health, education innovative and empowering community-based project. This is the first project ever that concentrating above mentioned categories under one organization that is Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives. Additionally, the different projects and initiatives within the Innovation & Entrepreneurship pillar promote innovation, champion research, and embrace creativity as one of the most important tools in transforming the future.

The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI) was launched in 2015 as the largest humanitarian, developmental and community-based foundation in the Arab world, with 33 institutions and initiatives under its umbrella. The various entities all work under a unified vision which aims to establish a culture of humanitarian work and charity, as well as to spread hope through projects that enhance people’s lives, contribute to societal progress, and establish a more stable and advanced future. Reflecting the vision of their founder His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, the various institutions and initiatives working within MBRGI offer a wide range of services in the fields of combating poverty and disease, spreading education and knowledge, empowering communities, supporting innovation and entrepreneurship and shaping the future. There are so many people from various part of the world is benefiting under any one of the initiates schemes. The new researches under the health care initiatives one comes under the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives give hope of creating a better immune resistant and disease-free nation.

The Foundation increased its expenditure to AED 1.8 billion compared to the AED 1.5 billion spent in 2016. Of this figure, AED 961 million was spent on the programmes and initiatives of entities falling under MBRGI’s five pillars, which benefitted 69 million people in 68 countries around the world, compared to MBRGI’s reach of 42 million beneficiaries in 62 countries in 2016. Of the total AED 1.8 billion, AED 869 million was invested in establishing sustainable institutions such as the Mohammed bin Rashid Library and the Museum of the Future. About 90,000 people volunteered during 2017 to implement the various programmes and initiatives under the entities of MBRGI, supporting the Foundation’s 554 permanent employees. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives are a developmental, humanitarian community-based foundation, designed to generate hope and build the future of humans everywhere. It is a vision of 20 years. As per the expenditure and benefactrices in each year shows its stability. People are increasing in each year. Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives will reach more than 130 million people in the coming 10 years and will focus on developmental and relief efforts across the Arab region and beyond, following a clear and comprehensive vision and a specific set of major, measurable goals and milestones. The 28 entities that fall under the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives’ umbrella will synergize efforts to achieve these goals by 2025. The impact was evaluated by the prime minister’s office to ensure that the project was being implemented effectively. It looked at the feedback it received from the official website and the national platform for complaints and feedback. The project kept track of newspaper articles on the initiative and videos showing the charitable and entrepreneurship work of the initiative. The impact was also evaluated by the number of people the initiative supported and assisted. The prime minister's office ensure that the vision and objectives of the initiative was properly carried out and that the work would be inline with that vision of provide a better quality of life for all. The youth, gender, and vulnerable groups were taking into account to make sure that those who needed the most support were giving it

c. Please describe the outcome of the evaluation (100 words maximum)
The Foundation increased its expenditure to AED 1.8 billion compared to the AED 1.5 billion spent in 2016. Of this figure, AED 961 million was spent on the programmes and initiatives of entities falling under MBRGI’s five pillars, which benefitted 69 million people in 68 countries around the world, compared to MBRGI’s reach of 42 million beneficiaries in 62 countries in 2016. Of the total AED 1.8 billion, AED 869 million was invested in establishing sustainable institutions such as the Mohammed bin Rashid Library and the Museum of the Future. About 90,000 people volunteered during 2017 to implement the various programmes and initiatives under the entities of MBRGI, supporting the Foundation’s 554 permanent employees. Initiatives will reach more than 130 million people in the coming 10 years and will focus on developmental and relief efforts across the Arab region and beyond, following a clear and comprehensive vision and a specific set of major, measurable goals and milestones.

The largest humanitarian, developmental and community-based foundation in the Arab world, with 33 institutions and initiatives under its umbrella. These various entities all work under a unified vision which aims to establish a culture of humanitarian work and charity, as well as to spread hope through projects. The expenditure and its way of working will be discussed in each board meeting which composes of these 33 institutions.

There are many people in the world are lack of money, education, food, water, treatment, this initiative helped to escape much more from these types of sufferings. Their smiley face is the most significant achievements of this project Instead of complaining about sleeping on a yoga mat, eating rice three times a day, or having to fetch water for your bucket shower, embrace the fact that you're getting to have such a unique experience. There are millions of people in the world are there those who are not getting water and food for there daily needs Even if you do something as small as teaching a child their ABCs or read a book with youth, you're making a difference, because you're building a base for them to further their learning in a way that they may not have had before. living and interacting with locals on a daily basis will give you the chance to really see the unseen aspects of a community – things you won't find in a guidebook. The initiation is a successful one.
