MPost - posta mkononi is a postal addressing system that converts mobile numbers into postal addresses. The problem faced is that many youths and especially women have been jobless and missing out on government opportunities. MPost has resolved this by creating jobs (2000 so far) to the youths without discrimination of gender, or age. MPost has also enabled availability of cheap postal addresses, enabling a majority of youth access govrnment opportunities.

By being virtual, this means that all the thirty eight million (38,000,000) phone users in Kenya can access postal addresses. This also means a total of USD 19,000,000 (nineteen million US DOLLARS) will be earned through commission by the agents in any year regardless of age, gender or physical fitness.

Key lesson learnt is that most youth, regardless of gender or age, or of physical status, miss out on government opportunities for lack of formal addresses. Another lesson is that, the youth above mentioned, are in poverty for lack of sustainable employments. The initiative can further be improved by creating mass awareness to the general public on how it can benefit the jobless and subsequently reduce poverty.
